You have all you need to get masking like a pro today!
Download the SVG files and laser cut some 1/4" Plywood or MDF. Preferably Baltic Birch plywood.
Supplies you will need to get from local store.
- 1" PVC
- 3/4" Dowel rod
- Wood glue and super glue
The files include a kerf test. Your first step will be to cut out all three of the kerf tests to see which one matches your laser's kerf. Then you select the cut files after you know the size of kerf your machine is making. This is to make sure the pieces all hold together nicely without falling apart or being too tight to fit each other.
We recommend applying wood glue to joints.
You will need to clamp the roller to the table if you are using high tack masking.
